I´m glad I have been able to train with Daniel. It has been really useful when overcoming bad exercising habits and positions. It has been nice to notice changes and improvement in just a few trainings. I appreciate I have also been able to receive some nutrition tips to complement my trainings and make them more useful. The best thing is that I have been able to learn some new exercises that hopefully I should also be able to perform on my own without making my back or other parts of my body be damaged.
