Daniel has been my personal trainer since spring 2018 and through is guidance and expert knowledge of the physiology of the body, I have lost almost 15 Kilos of fat and my knee and back pains have disappeared When I met Daniel and explained to him my goals about fat loss and pains, he was very meticulous in designing a workout program for me where I saw great results without any injury. Daniel also varied the training between typical gym sessions and training outdoors using just body weight. He focussed on getting the form correct rather than the weight or the number of reps. The result was more strength and no injury.
